School of Science (SoS) was established in the academic year 2016-2017 which promotes creativity and innovation. School of Science continuously develops a unique quality standard for academic excellence and pedagogical innovations for holistic growth of a student for industry readiness. It always remains agile through learning ecosystem with flexible processes & systems.
School of Science offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral Level programs in the subjects of Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Data Science and Computer Applications, with an objective to educate and train the students for growth opportunities opening up due to unabated technology advances in the field of Sciences. The Curriculum of all Programs is designed as per UGC guidelines and is a perfect combination of Theory & Practical knowledge and at the end of each semester, mandatory industrial internship is being held to consolidate the said classroom learning. The Smart Classrooms, Well-Equipped Laboratories and Strong Industrial Collaboration ensures that the student remains competitive both in Basic Education, Research and Industry Needs.

Board of Studies
As per the University Policy, Board of Studies (BoS) recommends the Curriculum for each and every program. The BoS members are appointed for a period of 3 years. 50% of the members are well known industrialists, consultants or experts in the field and the other 50% are senior academicians. Students from each Program are also part of BoS as special invitees. BoS Members formulate and review syllabus and internship programs every six months which addresses employability quotient. The idea is to create the curriculum in such a way that it reduces the gap in supply-demand-employability equation. The curriculum includes activities that promotes social responsibility and civic engagement, and is delivered in a unique pedagogy.
Research
Highest qualification of most of the Faculty Members is Ph.D. and many have completed their Post-Doctoral Research from reputed Institutes of India and abroad. Faculty members are well experienced and active in research activities and publishing their research finding in national and international journals. Faculty Members are engaged in Research and Industry Projects funded by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, Department of Science and Technology Government of Gujarat and Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC Ltd.).

School of Science within sprawling and lush green GSFC Township provides an excellent and safe place for student to pursue their studies. The School is located at a proximity of 22 Plants of GSFC University, adding students for Industrial Internship and other Practical and Hands on training.
