The 75th Republic Day of India was celebrated with gaiety and patriotic fervor at GSFC University.
The ceremony commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by Hon. President-Shri P.K. Taneja, IAS (Retd.) at Anganva.
Our President - Shri P.K. Taneja addressed the gathering and highlighted the achievements of the university. He stressed that freedom is intertwined with our responsibility to contribute positively to society. He reminded students about great responsibilities alongside Constitutional Rights. He urged youth to play a pivotal role in Rising India and shall add substantially in “#VIKSIT #BHARAT @ 2047” initiative of Hon. Prime Minister.
Lastly, he urged youth to embrace curiosity, explore diverse ideas, and being compassionate individuals and paid tribute to the Freedom Fighters because of whom we became #REPUBLIC.
The program moved forward with the Release of Science View magazine and the felicitation of students for their achievement in various categories. The energetic performances by the students filled the crowd with great energy and enthusiasm.
The ceremony took place in the presence of Provost - Prof. G.R. Sinha, Director, Admin. - Shri. R. B Panchal, Dy. Director, Admin- Shri. Mahesh Barot, Deans, Associate Deans, Staff and Students.
