• Design Thinking as a Structured Approach for Innovation & Entrepreneurship
• Icebreaking to foster Creativity & Innovation, Team building
• Introduction of real world challenge: Design Research (Participants may choose their problems as challenge)
• Observation & Empathy Phase of Design Thinking with tools & techniques
• On-field (Virtual) research via Observation, Interviews, immersion and user journey Research Mapping
• Storytelling, Convergence on research data
• Define problem statement with 8 step process
• Idea Generation process: Creativity & Innovation basics
• Tools & Techniques to Ideate
• Screening of Ideas: using tools and various criteria framework
• Ways for prototyping, build quick and dirty mock-ups
• Test the concept with your real user in real environment for feedback
