GSFC University always promote student managed clubs to give a platform where students can learn, organize and take responsibilities for managing activities of their interest. In this series “The C.O.D.E.” student club is come up with “Krypton: A series of Webinars” to maintain social distancing and to utilize lockdown period. In this series the webinar is organized by The C.O.D.E club on 4 April 2020 from 11.00 AM to 12.00 PM for GSFC students. 60+ participants were attended the session along with faculty members and senior management.
The webinar was led by speaker Mr Tarang Parmar Technical Expert, Cyber Cell, Ahemdabad. During the session he discussed lots of technical aspects about “Ongoin Cybercrime” like Social Engineering, Email Fraud, and Fraud Transactions with real case studies.
Much needed information about the ongoing Cyber-crimes was significant, as specially to this present techie generation. Overall it was very informative and practically useful session. Last but not the least credits to C.O.D.E. club for organizing this informative session under the Krypton series .
