School of Management at GSFC University offers a friendly and exciting academic environment in which the views, values, ideas and experiences of students are not only shared, but also analyzed and reexamined thoroughly through continuous interaction among students and faculty members. We encourage student centric culture and sharpened focus on developing industry ready & employable students with all-round holistic development.

As the Dean of the SOM, I am proud to affirm that the success of our program is owed in large part to the dedication of each faculty member. Our faculty is unique in that almost all of members have been awarded her/his PhD degree by reputable universities in India or abroad. We also have experience visiting faculties form the industries, who are experts in their discipline, to support our curriculum which includes industrial case studies. Faculties of our business programs prepare our students to become leaders with the moral depth and intellectual intensity necessary to meet the challenges of a time of critical transition in society.

SOM offers undergraduate degree program in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with specialization in HR, Finance. Our academic curriculum is of dynamic nature which is reviewed every year to develop unique quality standards for academic excellence and pedagogical innovations. We have converted the institute digital and teach the students as per Education E4.0 model.

At School of Management, we have introduced a compulsory industrial internship in all the semesters to get hands-on-experience and become industry ready and employable. The industrial internship is arranged in various sectors such as Banks, financial institutes, corporate offices of industries, which ultimately reduces the induction period of training duration when they are employed. In addition to this, before commence of first semester we provide them compulsory foundation course for their holistic growth.

We also provide students an opportunity to participate in student managed clubs to train them to strengthen their capacity to observe, analyze, and participate in socio-economic development. Our students also play a substantial role in making our program successful through participating in decision making, hard work and persistence in finding solutions to challenging issues. Our Library is housed with large number of books, reference books, periodicals to cater the needs as per curriculum and remains open 24x7.
