The GSFC University Library’s mission is to connect people to the world of information and innovative ideas, and it is the state-of-the-art Resource Centre enriched with information resources in the field of Science and Technology, i.e. Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Fire & Safety, Life Sciences, Data Science, Chemical Science,  Management & Liberal Arts and all other related subjects. The GSFCU Library has a separate Competition Corner, which contains competitive exam books that motivate you to prepare for the Government Entrance exams. The main objective of GSFC University Library is to identify, acquire, Organise, store, and provide on-demand access to intellectual information to its faculty, staff, and students. The Library manages knowledge, both in print and digital formats of scholarly resources and provides the same to its users for their professional advancement and also supports finding, evaluating, managing, and using resources.

GSFC University Library is automated using Koha – Open Source Software (widely used software by leading educational institutions) for its Library Management System and to fulfil its goal to connect users with its information. The GSFC University Library is equipped with Air conditioning, Wi-Fi connectivity, and CCTV Surveillance. Latest updated computer terminals with internet facility for digital library access.
